A note from the Owner...

In response to AHC funding changes and increased economic pressures, Wink Optometry is updating our EXAM and CO-PAY fee schedules to reflect our quality of care. We are also updating our invoicing system to promote transparency and meet current CHLIA submission requirements.

In some cases, your private insurance provider or health spending account (HSA) may reimburse these fees to you. Given privacy legislation, it is your responsibility to investigate which options may be available to you and your family. I have made the decision to no longer submit claims on behalf of patients to their Insurance Providers. This decision has come about in response to the complexity, variety and specific requirements of each provider, which has made submissions formidable for our staff. Inaccurate submissions can lead to practice “delisting”, and we are no longer willing to assume this risk.

We will work as quickly as possible to answer inquiries and requests as received. It has been my privilege to serve as your Optometrist for over 20 years.
